Alcohol
Nedalco’s high-quality alcohol is used in the manufacture of products both in the food and the non-food sector. It is used in the food sector as a basic raw material to add fragrance and flavor to distilled beverages and in the production of natural vinegar. Our alcohol is used in the non-food sector in cosmetics, perfumes, pharmaceutical products and industrial applications such as coatings and printing inks.

Disinfectants
Liquid disinfectants are one of Nedalco’s specialities. Its specialised product range in this field includes Nedalco-Des-O for small surfaces and worktops, Nedalco-Des-G rubbing alcohol and Nedalco Hand Gel for undamaged skin. These liquid disinfectants are produced on the basis of our high-quality natural alcohol. All Nedalco liquid disinfectants provide a broad spectrum of effectiveness against micro-organisms.

Non-Alcohol
Nedalco also produces highly nutritious basic ingredients for animal feed as part of the alcohol production process. These products, which are known as CMS (Condensed Molasses Solubles, or vinasses), liquid yeast and stillage (Tarwe Gist Concentraat (TGC), or wheat yeast concentrate), are used in the compound feed industry and as cattle and pig feed on farms.
The agricultural sector also uses vinasses as a valuable natural fertilizer.
